(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental consulting services to the government authority located in San Jose, CA.1. Project and program environmental clearance:– Meeting with city staff and representatives to discuss project and program requirements.– Attending, participating in, presenting at, and developing materials for public community meetings.– Coordination with regulatory agencies and city departments in the delivery of all requested or required permits or other agency approvals.2. Reports, studies and assessments:– Coordinating project or site access, as necessary, with project manager and staff on–site.– Collecting all required data, including any and all required historical and professional research.3. Site monitoring and training:– Assist in developing and reviewing bidding documents and contracts etc. to ensure environmental mitigation language has been properly incorporated.– Perform environmental training for construction workers.4. Project review and scope confirmation:– Review project information provided by the city and meet with city staff to confirm the project objectives, site location, schedule, assumptions, required studies, applicable regulatory requirements, and anticipated deliverables.– Prepare project initiation documents summarizing the confirmed project approach, including a project understanding memorandum or kick–off meeting notes, required studies, permits and approvals, key assumptions, schedule, and deliverable requirements.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 03, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
