(1) Vendor needs to provide turf conversion service to the government authority located in Aurora, CO.• Work performed under this contract consists of removal and replacement of existing bluegrass turf on the Aurora Municipal Center (AMC) Great Lawn. The work includes, but is not limited to, supply and installation of the following:• Site Preparation• Erosion & Sedimentation Control• Sod Removal• Tahoma 31 Bermuda Grass• Anticipated Construction Start Date: July 6, 2026• Tahoma 31 installation window: July 6 – August 31(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 11, 2026 (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 8, 2026
