(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Greensboro, NC. • Empty trashcans, clean and sanitize interior and exterior, and replace liners in all areas.• Monitor the cleanliness of the building parking lot and empty all exterior trashcans.• Clean and sanitize drinking fountains and all fixtures.• Spot clean desktops.• Clean and sanitize all plastic, vinyl and leather furniture.• Clean counter tops.• Clean door glass, inside and outside along with the windowsills.• Clean and sanitize all janitorial closets including large lavatory.• Spot clean interior glass in all partitions and doors.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026(3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) A mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on September 15, 2026.(5) A mandatory pre–proposal site walkthrough will be held on September 25, 2026.
