(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated national intelligence systems cybersecurity, engineering, and technology implementation support services to the government authority located in South Carolina.– Technical capability within the Intelligence Community developing, enhancing, and integrating enterprise–level data security services across multiple agencies.– This technical capability shall demonstrate the offeror’s ability to handle increasing data volumes, user populations, and transaction rates without performance degradation.– Technical capability within the Intelligence Community supporting an Enterprise–level Zero Trust Data Security Services (ZTDSS) architecture. – This technical capability shall include the integration of enterprise solutions, a policy–enabled encryption platform, and an Enterprise Data Header Tagging solution.– Demonstrate technical capability within the Intelligence Community developing data registration, cataloging, and discovery capabilities.
