Metzger Park Building and Shed Roof Replacement Project

Washington County, Oregon / Facilities

Description

Washington County is interested in replacing three existing roofs at one of our locations, Metzger Park. The main building currently consists of 4 ½ /12 pitch roof with asphalt shingles over felt on wood decking sitting on 5 1/8” x 25 ½ Glulam beams. There has been some water damage in the past but nothing significant. The second facility (moderately new) is a small utility office / warehouse with asphalt shingles also. The third section is a small asphalt shingle area roughly 10 x 10’ that acts as a balcony off the second-floor room in the main building. Pre Proposal Meeting is required due to The County's desire to have the roof and HVAC job at Metzger to be performed in conjunction.
