(1) Vendor needs to provide anti–fraud and ethics toll–free hotline service. • Provide and manage a unique toll–free Anti–Fraud and Ethics Hotline, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year.• Providing and managing an Anti–Fraud and Ethics Hotline, rather than a general call–centre service.• Operating six distinct reporting channels: toll–free telephone, SMS, freepost, dedicated secure email addresses, a web–based reporting portal, and live chat.• Utilize specialized anti–fraud and ethics hotline software featuring end–to–end data encryption, biometric hardware access controls, and strict network authentication to prevent unauthorized data exposure.• Processing all disclosures in English and ten additional official South African languages during both office and after–hours periods.• Transcribing reports, assigning unique reference numbers, and maintaining a centralized case tracking system.• A comprehensive, multi–channel reporting and case management ecosystem operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, year–round.• Escalating critical matters to designated executive officials within strict timelines and submitting monthly status reports by the fifth working day of each month.• Producing quarterly electronic newsletters, annual awareness training sessions, web–based stakeholder surveys, and laminated promotional posters with annual content renewals.•The call operator should distinguish between “Fraud” and “Ethics” related allegations.
