EXTRA-76992 - USA (Oregon) - Deflection Peer Delivered Services - Deadline October 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide deflection peer delivered services to the government authority located in Oregon. – Provider will have peer case management services to support the agency.– The Contractor will provide Peer Delivered Services; an array of community–based services and support designed to facilitate progression through various stages of recovery from Substance Use Disorders (SUD), and to enhance the overall well–being of individuals and/or family members receiving services.– Peer Case Management includes, but is not limited to, the services described below:A. Case ManagementB. Deflection PlanC. Referrals/ResourcesD. Court SupportE. Documentation and data entry into agency case management softwareF. Attendance of all potential participant arraignmentsG. Participate in daily meetingsH. Issuing mobile phones, flex fundsI. Distributing contingency management incentivesJ. Connecting and coordinating with resources and referrals– Provider will have Spanish–speaking peer–delivered services to support the agency.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026.
