EXTRA-78196 - USA (Washington) - Young Adult Benefits Management Program Services - Deadline November 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide young adult benefits management program services to the government authority located in WA. – Benefit coordination and eligibility support:– Coordinate with, the Social Security Administration, and other authorized entities throughout the benefits process.– Representative payee and fiduciary services:– Assist with establishing, transitioning, or supporting representative payee services, when appropriate and consistent with requirements.– Administer youth funds in accordance with federal regulations, state law, and fiduciary best practices.– Maintain accurate accounting records for all funds managed under the contract.– Financial account administration:– Establish and administer specialized financial accounts, including but not limited to, achieving a better life experience (ABLE) account, when appropriate and authorized.– Coordinate with financial institutions to establish and maintain accounts.– Maintain documentation related to account activity, balances, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.– Youth financial support:– Assist youth in understanding their benefits and financial resources.– Support youth in accessing funds for allowable expenses.– Provide information and resources that promote financial capability and successful transition to adulthood.– Reporting and financial management:– Maintain complete financial records and supporting documentation.– Produce reports required by, including financial activity, caseload information, account status, performance measures, and other reports identified during contract implementation.– Quality assurance and compliance:– Maintain written policies and procedures governing fiduciary responsibilities and financial controls.– Implement quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 26, 2026.
