(1) Vendor needs to provide AI reporting services. – Provide a secure, enterprise–grade platform utilizing advanced artificial intelligence, machine learning, and multimodal large language models to support automated police report drafting usingbody–worn camera video, audio, and related incident data.– The Solution shall support future upgrades, version changes, API updates, and enhancements to existing and future systems including to Axon Enterprise systems, Versaterm RMS (Versadex), and Hexagon/Intergraph CAD platforms,– Additional spoken and written languages including Spanish, Vietnamese, and Chinese– AI–assisted drafting of police reports, including incident narratives, field interview summaries, arrest reports, and supplemental reports based on footage and associated metadata.– Event timeline generation identifying key moments within body–worn camera footage, such as officer arrival, subject interactions, commands issued, and enforcement actions– Evidence documentation support, including extraction of relevant details such as statements, actions, locations, and times from recorded footage– Search and retrieval capabilities that allow authorized users to locate relevant video segments, transcripts, and report content across incidents– The Solution must provide an administrative portal for user management, access control, configuration of policies, and system monitoring– The Solution must include dashboards and/or reporting tools that allow administrators to monitor system usage, report generation activity, processing volumes, and system performance– The Solution must include feedback mechanisms (e.g., ratings, comments, or review flags) that allow officers and supervisors to evaluate AI–generated content and improve system performance over time.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 6, 2026.
