CLEANING-13046 - USA (Olympia, Washington) - Cleaning Service - Deadline July 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide cleaning service to the government authority located in Olympia, WA.– Removal/disposal of asbestos–containing materials (ACMs), PCB–containing sealants, lead–containing paint, heavy metals in masonry mortar, silica dust; coordination with Owner, Architect, Environmental Consultant.– Responsible for all permits, notifications, landfill fees for hazardous materials removal.– Responsible for characterization, proper disposal of all hazardous waste streams; Owner may perform quality control sampling (48–hour notice).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 9, 2026.
