(1) Vendor needs to provide fixed cost per print program services for laser printers to the government authority located in Clinton, NC.A. Equipment ProvisionThe Contractor shall provide new, current–model, network–capable equipment that meets the Equipment Requirements.B. Supplies and MaintenanceThe Contractor shall provide all operating supplies and parts needed to operate the equipment, excluding paper. This includes, but is not limited to, toner, drums, fusers, rollers, and all other consumable and replacement parts, as well as all labor for maintenance and repair. All of these costs shall be included in the fixed cost–per–print rate.C. Installation and TrainingThe Contractor shall deliver, install, and configure all equipment on a schedule coordinated with the CountyD. BillingThe Contractor shall invoice the County on a per–department basis. A separate invoice must be provided for each County department utilizing equipment under the contract.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 13, 2026.
