(1) Vendor needs to provide hearing conservation program service to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– This is both for on–site and/or off–site and/or mobile testing services over a three (3)–year base period with two (2), one (1)–year option periods.• The work also includes online appointment scheduling; results analysis, tracking, and reporting; and the establishment of an information system to house data and create reports. – The selected vendor will be required to report test results to individual employees and report testing metrics and other details to agency management on demand.• Implementation Planning– The vendor shall be responsible for end–to–end implementation planning for audiogram testing, records management, and reporting• This includes identifying clinic locations where testing can occur, scheduling testing appointments directly with employees, and providing the necessary testing materials, equipment, records management, analysis, and reporting systems and tools.• Appointment Scheduling: The vendor shall provide and maintain an online appointment scheduling tool that is accessible to all agency employees who must be tested.• Configuration Management(i) Establish and maintain baseline configurations and inventories of their technical solution (including hardware, software, firmware, and documentation) throughout the respective system development life cycles; and(ii) Establish and enforce security configuration settings for their technical solution(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 27, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 26, 2026.
