(1) Vendor needs to provide 24x7 inbound call answering service. – Services must be available in both English and Spanish and accessible 24 hours per day, seven days per week, including holidays and weekends.– The vendor must ensure accurate documentation of all calls using structured data collection methods and provide mobile–friendly access to the collected information, along with the ability to query the database and generate reports based on data captured during each call.– The Contractor shall:• Staff and operate a professional 24/7 bilingual inbound call centre with courteous, professional service in both English and Spanish.• Use structured data entry formats and provide secure data storage.• Provide an automated call response.• Submit timely reports as required by the agency within 24 hours of notification.• Participate in periodic performance review meetings with the agency.• Collect data using structured fields• Provide mobile–friendly access to reports.• Make all call information accessible through a secure online portal.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.
