TRANSPORT-11581 - USA (Los Angeles, California) - Heavy Haul Transportation Services - Deadline September 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide heavy haul transportation services to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA.– The Contractor will be responsible for, but not limited to, furnishing all permits, labor, materials, equipment, tools, monitoring, supervision, and incidentals necessary for providing specialized heavy haul transportation of agency equipment and other as–needed heavy haul operations.– The Contractor will also be responsible for the loading and rigging of equipment in a safe and secure manner.– The machines are in excess of 97,000 pounds.– The machines will require a 9–axle tractor–trailer combination and heavy haul move/overload permits.– Agency staff will advise the Contractor of pick–up and drop–off locations.– Wirtgen W2200 CR Cold In–place Recycler Machine Haul Rate (117,000 lbs.)(2) The contract period will be for five years.(3) Mandatory Pre–Proposal Conference will be held on July 29, 2026
