(1) Vendor needs to provide yardage books and score cards printing services to the government authority located in Columbia, MO.• Design, print and deliver yardage books and score cards.• Yardage Books:– Shall be in full color– Shall be printed on professional grade, minimum of 4 x 7” paper size– Shall contain hole by hole pictures and descriptions, chosen by Parks and Recreation, as well as an approved course map.– Parks and Recreation will utilize 5 – 7 pages within the yardage books as we see fit for promoting programs and facilities.– Shall contain Parks and Recreation approved advertisements– A minimum of 5,000 books shall be provided per year– Books shall be shipped in increments of 500. Additional books shall be available upon request. Parks and Recreation reserve the right to change programs and promotions as often as necessary• Score Cards:– Shall be in full color– Shall be printed on tri–fold, 5 x 12: paper– Shall contain Parks and Recreation approved advertisements– Shall incorporate golf course map– Sample score card shall be provided(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.
