Description
The City of St. Augustine is soliciting responses from qualified Contractors to provide wastewater biosolids hauling services from the City's Wastewater Treatment Facility to an FDEP-permitted biosolids management facility or authorized Class I solid waste landfill, in accordance with Domestic Wastewater Facility Permit No. FL0021938. Biosolids average 16%–18% solids, with approximately 250–650 wet tons generated per month and an average of 390 wet tons hauled monthly. Actual quantities may vary based on operational needs.
