Software Ticketing Systems for JMZ and Children's Theater

General work description: The City of Palo Alto (City), Community Services Department is issuing a request for proposal (RFP) for a new ticketing system for the Junior Museum & Zoo and the Children’s Theater. The ticketing system must include design, branding, development, integration & setup as part of the implementation. The services provided by the vendor must also include staff training and a plan to assist with software testing prior to go-live. The vendor must provide required information on hosting the software, annual licensing and annual maintenance & support.
