BANKING-9139 - USA (Annapolis, Maryland) - Account Verification Services - Deadline August 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide account verification services to the government authority located in Annapolis, MD.– Provide the account names, the last four digits of the Social Security Number, date of birth, and last known address associated with each account, as available, for the verification and match process– Provide an automated service to obtain Social Security Numbers, address information, telephone numbers, death information, and bankruptcy information associated with certain agency accounts– Contractor will provide missing information, and perform verification/matching, as more specifically• Account Processing– The Contractor must process the file using an Electronic File Transfer to input and output file information.– The Contractor must process each file to provide death, bankruptcy, and/or address, and Social Security Number information as requested for the automated match process.• Online Search Function– The Contractor will provide nine (9) designated agency staff with online access to the Contractor’s databases to search manually for bankruptcy, death, address, and Social Security Number information as needed• Security Requirements– Security Clearance / Criminal Background CheckA. A criminal background check for any Contractor Personnel shall be completed prior to each Contractor Personnel providing any services under the Contract.(2) The contract period will be for Five years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026 (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 12, 2026
