Purpose of This Document Prince George’s County, Maryland, Office of Procurement, is releasing this draft Solicitation for review and comment by interested firms and other stakeholders. Its purpose is to communicate the County’s anticipated requirements, obtain industry feedback, and allow prospective Offerors time to plan and organize before a final Solicitation is issued. What This Document Is Not • This is not a Solicitation. The County is not requesting offers, bids, proposals, quotations, or binding statements of any kind. • No offer submitted in response to this draft will be accepted, opened, evaluated, or considered for award. • Issuance of this draft does not obligate the County to issue a final Solicitation, to conduct a procurement, or to make any award. • The County will not reimburse any cost incurred in reviewing this draft, attending Industry Day, or preparing comments or questions. • No funds have been obligated, and no contractual relationship is created by this document. Status of the Content • Every part of this draft is subject to change, in whole or in part, without notice. Requirements, Building Group composition, scope, quantities, schedule, award structure, submission requirements, and evaluation criteria may be added, deleted, or revised. • Attachments are not included with this draft. All required attachments, forms, and certifications will be provided with the final Solicitation. • The Building Inventory List and pricing schedules are under development and are not final. • Nothing in this draft binds the County, and no statement in it may be relied upon as a representation of final requirements. Only the final Solicitation, together with any issued amendments, will govern. Industry Day The County intends to hold an Industry Day for this requirement. The date, time, location or virtual meeting information, and any registration instructions will be posted separately. Interested firms should monitor the County’s SPEED eProcurement Platform and eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) for the Industry Day announcement and for issuance of the final Solicitation. Comments submitted in response to this draft are provided voluntarily, will not be treated as confidential unless properly marked and protected under applicable law, and will not be individually answered. The County may, at its discretion, address recurring questions at Industry Day or in the final Solicitation.
