CONS-22556 - USA (Hermitage, Tennessee) - Renovation Services - Deadline August 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide renovation services to the government authority located in Hermitage, TN.– Contractor shall frame the former center window opening approximately forty–eight (48) inches wide by eighty–eight (88) inches high to fully enclose the wall assembly. – Work shall include all necessary interior and exterior framing modifications to integrate with existing structural conditions.– Provide and install approximately 3,500 square feet of 7/16–inch ZIP System sheathing, fastened per manufacturer's requirements.– Provide and install furring strips as required to provide a plumb, level, and continuous substrate for siding installation. Shimming and framing adjustments shall be included to achieve a uniform wall plane.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 27, 2026.
