(1) Vendor needs to provide nationwide campaign services.– Plan and execute transit advertising across target city metropolitan areas, utilizing the 9–operator in–vehicle vision network set and station digital signage.– Coordinate media attendance at each event, securing a minimum of 10 media outlets per event, including television broadcasters. Invited media should include TV, online, and print/owned media channels to maximize coverage and reach.– Facilitate media coverage across news broadcasts, platforms, and owned media channels to drive broad consumer awareness and encourage restaurant visit.– Digital PR / Advertising / Promotional Materials1. Digital Advertising• Plan and execute paid digital advertising campaigns across outlets relevant in the market.• Provide targeting strategy, creative assets, and performance reporting.2. Influencer / Engagement• Identify and engage with food and food culture influencers in Japan.• Manage influencer briefing, content approval, and posting schedule in coordination with the State Embassy.3. Promotion Management• Design and launch official social media campaign for use by participating in restaurants and cities.• Manage campaign for the duration of the project period.• TikTok is excluded from this scope of work and should not be utilized.4. Media Relations / PR Distribution• Develop and distribute press releases for both phases of the campaign (minimum one per phase).• Conduct proactive media outreach to secure editorial coverage across TV, digital, and print media.• Coordinate paid article placements as appropriate.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
