(1) Vendor needs to provide investment performance measurement solution.• Provide a single platform, inclusive of the system and support services, to calculate, analyze, and report performance and performance attribution. This includes performance calculations of portfolios, composites, funds, and benchmarks• Provide a cost–effective and comprehensive performance measurement solution capable of integrating multiple data sources.• System/Solution Requirements: Software and hardware (if required) that is supported by the awarded bidder.• Support Services: Produce, manage and report performance, performance attribution and related deliverables.• Track overrides to source data in the performance system, including the scenario when previously overridden source data has been corrected at the source.• Audit the data lineage associated with any transformation or derivation of sourced or stored data.• Document business rules based on portfolio attributes that can automatically place/remove a portfolio in a composite. • Manage review, validation, exception handling, and approval of returns.• Ability to toggle between market value and notional value–based performance.• Ability to apply the effects of corporate actions, security lending income, dividend income and other income in the attribution model.• Calculate attribution inclusive of modifications/customizations to standard offering.• Enable end user exploration of performance and risk results.• Software support/upgrades and application management.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 13, 2025.
