Det skal være en midlertidig rammeavtale frem til ny felles konkurranse for alle kommunene i innkjøpssamarbeidet ROR.Rammeavtalen gjelder fra 01.09.2026 til 01.07.2028. Ingen opsjoner og avtalen opphører ved utløp.
