INSU-6270 - USA (Las Cruces, New Mexico) - Insurance Broker Services - Deadline August 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide insurance broker services to the government authority located in Las Cruces, NM.– Provide insurance brokerage, marketing, placement, and account management services.– Insurance advisor and representative in the placement and servicing of insurance coverage.– Insurance program, including policies, premiums, deductibles, self–insured retentions, and significant exposures.– Identify coverage gaps, overlaps, or opportunities for improvement.– Timely and unbiased information regarding the most advantageous insurance markets from the standpoint of cost, service, coverage and financial stability.  – Assistance in the preparation of underwriting data required by insurers.– Marketing of insurance policies requested by the county and presenting all reasonable offers in a timely manner along with the recommendations of the broker.  – Broker shall possess a thorough understanding of and the capability to place or provide guidance for self–insurance plans, excess policies, and structured insurance programs.– Broker shall have access to place business through the insurance market.– Solicit competitive quotations from qualified insurers(2) The contract period will be for one year.
