(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in Lake Worth Beach, FL.• Site planning and design.• Preparation and processing conceptual design documents, development of presentation graphics and project information related to obtaining approvals.• Building planning and sustainable design.• Building orientation to align with pending street improvements.• Investigation of existing records, easements and documents.• Preparation of plans and specifications for bidding and construction.• Final issued for construction package for permitting with applicable agencies as needed for the development review, planning and zoning, palm beach county fire dept. and city commission approval.• Attend meetings related to the development of programming, predesign, planning, and construction documents.• Project administration assistance and close–out including final as–built drawings.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.(4) Vendor have to registered on Issuing Authority website in order to download unwatermarked RFP.
