(1) Vendor needs to provide strata workforce intelligence system. – Provide Strata Workforce Intelligence System software published by Performance Protocol to be used for Recruitment, Development, and Retention of Law Enforcement Officers.– The vendor will test the software before it goes into production. The vendor shall also migrate data from existing recruitment software, Leadline Applicant Tracking System, to the new software.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
