HR-9501 - USA (Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey) - Management of Payroll Services - Deadline November 20,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide management of payroll services to the government authority located in Woodcliff Lake, NJ. – Provide semi–monthly payroll processing (24 times per year) with an average of 70 employees per pay period for 10 months and 2 months an average of 110 employees.– Payroll delivery of checks and reports by courier to the payroll department not later than 24 hours prior to the effective date of the distribution of the payroll.– Implementation which includes process review and recommendations for improved efficiencies.– Export file for general ledger payroll journal and input ready report.– Check signing and envelope insert service.– Online portal services for Borough employees.– Conversion from incumbent payroll vendor with all applicable reconciliations.• Payroll reporting, including:a. Semi–monthly Payroll registers.b. Payroll tax reports Semi–monthly, Quarterly, Annually).c. Pension deduction reports (Semi–monthly, Quarterly, Annually).d. Payroll expense distribution reporting (Semi–monthly, Quarterly, Annually).e. Cumulative payroll reporting for gross payroll, pay compensation components, payroll taxes and other payroll deductions (Semi–monthly, Quarterly, Annually).f. Miscellaneous and Other Payroll deduction reporting (Semi–monthly, Quarterly, Annually).(2) The contract period will be for one year.
