(1) Vendor needs to provide AI citizen engagement platform.– An enterprise AI Citizen Engagement Platform supporting voice, chat, email, website assistance, knowledge management, analytics, and future integrations– Long–term platform that improves taxpayer service while preserving security, transparency, district control, and future scalability.– Provide the platform, implementation, configuration, training, documentation, integrations, hosting, maintenance, monitoring, reporting, and support required for a production–ready enterprise service.– Provide coordinated voice, website, email, chat, web–form, and future–channel capabilities. – Identify broken links, missing or inaccessible files, redirects, potentially outdated or conflicting content, content gaps, and accessibility concerns; provide configurable reports.– Use secure APIs or equivalent methods with documented data flows, authentication, encryption, logging, reconciliation, dependencies, and support responsibilities.– Website assistant must be mobile responsive and usable on common desktop and mobile browsers.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 5, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
