(1) Vendor needs to provide video surveillance equipment install on rail cars supplies to the government authority located in Washington, DC.      – To purchase and install video surveillance equipment onto the 2000 Series Revenue Collection Vehicles and 7000 Series Fleet Vehicles.– Includes the evaluation of the 2000 Series Revenue Collection Vehicles and 7000 Series fleet vehicles, the installation and configuration of video surveillance and network equipment, integration with the existing 7000 Series agency cameras, integration with the existing Enterprise–wide Video System (EVS) infrastructure, and testing of the installed systems.– Project Management– Railcar Evaluation– 2K Equipment Procurement and Installation– 7K Fleet Equipment Procurement and Installation– System Configuration, Testing and Acceptance(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on August 4, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.
