EXTRA-76389 - USA (North Carolina) - Bookstore Management Services - Deadline October 20,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide bookstore management services both onsite and online, including the sale of college spirit shop merchandise to the government authority located in North Carolina.– This requirement also applies to all Vendor–provided, agency–managed Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions that handle data classified as Medium Risk (Restricted) or High Risk (Highly Restricted).– The two architecture diagrams are required at the time of offer submission:• Network Architecture Diagram• Technology Stack Diagram Diagrams must clearly depict:• Hosting model (SaaS, College–hosted, cloud–hosted)• Network segmentation and routability– Coordination with College Information Technology Services (ITS) department when troubleshooting access and/or adoption issues as well as locker system issues.– Utilize the College’s service management platform to track and resolve issues submitted by faculty.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026.
