CLEANING-14237 - USA (Roswell, Georgia) - Janitorial Service - Deadline November 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial service to the government authority located in Roswell, GA.• Routine cleaning shall include the removal of dirt, dust, debris, spills, body oils, fingerprints, litter, and other accumulations that can reasonably be corrected through normal janitorial practices• Permanent staining, discoloration, corrosion, mineral deposits, worn finishes, or other conditions that cannot be corrected through routine janitorial services shall not be considered deficiencies under this contract.• Cleaning products shall be compatible with the surfaces being cleaned and shall not damage building finishes, furnishings, fixtures, equipment, athletic flooring, dance flooring, pool surfaces, or other specialty finishes.• Cleaning products containing bleach, acids, or other chemicals that may damage facility finishes or equipment shall not be used under this contract• Cleaning products shall not leave excessive residue or objectionable lingering odors that may interfere with normal building occupancy• The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, tools, materials, and supplies necessary to perform the services described in this Scope of Work, including, but not limited to:– Commercial vacuums– Floor scrubbers and floor machines– Mop buckets and wringers– Microfiber cleaning cloths– Extension cords– Ladders– Wet floor warning signs– Cleaning carts– Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)– Cleaning chemicals– Safety Data Sheets (SDS)(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 2, 2026.
