(1) Vendor needs to provide ticketing services for major events, and select enterprise event.A. Phase I: Event Ticket Planning and on sale Preparation– Assist agency and Producer in planning for all ticket sales, to include establishing scaling of house, pricing, and type of seating for the venue.– Verify the seating manifest on the Vendor’s system to ensure that all seats are included and that the manifest for the event agrees seat for seat to the Venue manifest.– Create and build into the event the various “pre–sale and promo” codes for all pre–sales and promotions. Work with Producer for venue presale opportunity.B. Phase II: Sale of Event Tickets– Produce ticket sales reports on an on–going basis to inform Producer and agency of the pace of sale.– On a daily basis, monitor all ticket sales on Vendors system to ensure adequate tickets are available for sale for all prices for the event. This includes from the on–sale date until the event date.– Fulfill all paid orders sent to Company by Producer, process payments, send tickets to customer and confirm each order back to Producer with confirmation number and shipping information.C. Phase III: Preparation and Planning for Day of Event– Return any unsold consignment tickets or promoter tickets back to Ticketmaster in order to allow for these tickets to be sold on event day.– Print all relocation seats needed for event in order to accommodate customers who must be relocated due to above (or any other) issues.D. Phase V: Post–Event, Final Reporting of Sales and Event Settlement– Verify payment from Vendor for sales produced by their sales sources.– Reconcile all consignment sales to designated outlets.(2) A mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on September 16, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.
