(1) Vendor needs to provide permanent and temporary staffing services to the government authority located in New York.– Provide executive search and permanent placement services; and provide temporary staffing services.• Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment plan and timeline per vacancy that includes targeted outreach and sourcing strategies, screening processes, reference checks, and offer negotiations.• Prepare and present a confidential reference report on each finalist candidate.• Conduct reference checks of two to three professional references provided by the prospective candidates(s) prior to the extension of a conditional offer of employment.• Extend verbal conditional offer of employment.• Compile search documentation and prepare a final written summary of all work performed.• Maintain all correspondence and record–keeping throughout the process.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 05, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.
