(1) Vendor needs to provide simulation–augmented, real–time platform.– The platform must support multiple simultaneous interventions under a common operational structure while preserving intervention–specific scientific, safety, regulatory, and statistical requirements. Platform–level processes, documents, data structures, and decision rules must be established before initial trial launch. Regimen–, drug–, or arm–specific appendices and associated operational documents must be designed for efficient modification and incorporation as new arms join the platform.– Concurrent intervention arms within the persistent platform. Sponsors must establish a governance framework with defined roles and responsibilities, decision rights, escalation pathways, and interfaces among the lead platform operator, sponsors, sites, functional departments, and vendors.– This multi–phase, multi–stop model creates repeated pauses and restarts. Infrastructure is rebuilt instead of maintained, control participants are recruited separately for each intervention, and clinical, statistical, regulatory, and operational learning is not systematically carried forward across phases or across drugs.
