(1) Vendor needs to provide purchase of absolute software’s secure access subscription renewal. – Subscription renewal for 1,013 of Absolute Software’s Secure Access version 12 licenses between two separate servers.– The subscription shall provide full access to the Absolute platform and applicable features, including security, visibility, and connectivity capabilities. – Absolute's current platform provides Secure Access capabilities that include VPN, software–defined perimeter/Zero Trust access, and digital experience monitoring.– Full access to the Absolute platform and all of its features, powering security, visibility and connectivity use–cases. Includes the software defined perimeter (SPD), enterprise VPN and experience monitoring solutions.(2) The contract period will be one year.
