Aviation Consulting Services

The City of Blairsville, Georgia requests �Statements of Qualifications� from qualified firms to engage in services of a consulting firm for Aviation Planning Services and for Airport Engineering Services in connection with the Airport Capital Improvement Plan at the Blairsville Municipal Airport. Notices of Requests for Statements of Qualifications will only be provided to consulting firms that are currently prequalified with GDOT in the following Area Classes: � Aviation Planning Services o 1.08 Airport Master Planning � Aviation Engineering Services o 2.09 Airport Design o 8.02 Airport Construction Administration and Observation o 2.09b Airport Design � Electrical (effective 1/1/2025) The complete Request for Qualifications may be obtained by sending an email with subject name �REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS� to cityclerk@blairsville-ga.gov. This is NOT a request for a priced proposal. If providing Request for Qualifications for both Planning and Engineering Services two separate Statements of Qualifications must be submitted. Statements must be sealed, delivered via mail or in person, and marked �Aviation Planning Services� or �Aviation Engineering Services� on the outside of the envelope. Statements of Qualifications must be received at City Hall, 62 Blue Ridge Street, Blairsville, GA (if delivering in person) or City of Blairsville, PO Box 307, Blairsville, GA 30514 (if delivering by mail) no later than 3:00 p.m. on Friday, October 16, 2026.
