CLEANING-13747 - USA (Carthage, Texas) - janitorial services - Deadline September 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Carthage, TX.– Provide services for janitorial maintenance at agency facility to include cleaning of offices, restrooms, break room, conference areas, entrances, and related interior spaces totaling approximately 4,500 square feet. – Perform monthly cleaning services including dusting and spot cleaning window blinds; cleaning interior and exterior light fixtures, including removal of insects and debris from fixture covers; dusting furniture, desks, tables, chairs, filing cabinets, bookshelves, coat racks, clocks, and other non–personal items; removing cobwebs from ceilings and overhead areas inside and outside the building; and dusting and cleaning all HVAC vents, registers, and grills.– Perform weekly (Tuesday and Thursday) janitorial services for all offices, common areas, entrances, restrooms, and break rooms, including trash removal and liner replacement; sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors; dusting and cleaning surfaces, walls, glass, and high–touch areas; cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and break rooms; cleaning appliances, drinking fountains, and fixtures; removing stains, spills, fingerprints, and cobwebs; polishing chrome and stainless–steel surfaces; washing dishes as needed; and replenishing restroom and break room consumable supplies.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for Term year. (4) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 15, 2026.
