(1) Vendor needs to provide collaborative strategic leadership, coordination, partnership development and initiative service.• Agency is seeking proposals from a qualified organization to serve as the Regional Coordinating Organization for a Regional Farm–to–Community Collaborative in agency.– The Regional Coordinating Organization will provide strategic leadership, coordination, partnership development, technical assistance, resource development, and evaluation support to strengthen and expand the regional Farm–to–Community purchasing system.• The selected organization will work across existing Farm–to–Community programs and initiatives to strengthen coordination, expand investment, build organizational and technical capacity, and establish the regional infrastructure necessary for long–term growth and sustainability of a system.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 26, 2026.
