ANIM-9411 - USA (Ohio) - Signage Service - Deadline August 11,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide signage service.– The Work may consist of, but not limited to, any of the following:• Room identification signs Investigating, field verifying, measuring and/or removing existing signage to be duplicated / matched.o Communicating to the University the need for minor wall repair / painting due the removal of existing signage. This work will be by other T&M contractor(s). o Fabrication of new signage, or possible repair to vandalized signage (repair of missing letters)o Installation of replacement and / or new signage.• Banners• Exterior directional signage (temporary and permanent)• Name Tags• Brass name plates• Engraving• Sandwich board signs• Applied vinyl wall lettering– Tools of the trade which must be owned by or available to the Contractor for the performance of Work for this trade shall include, but not be limited to the following:• Light service vehicles• Traditional tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, etc• Ladders• Scaffold• Bucket truck (with minimum 25’ reach)(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026
