(1) Vendor needs to provide asset management solution. – Provide, implement, configure, support and providing training for a comprehensive, cloud–based fleet operations management platform for the agency. – Provide a fully integrated fleet management solution that will provide the following project objectives:• Automate preventive maintenance scheduling.• Track technician productivity/time.• Provide inventory management and purchasing related functions.• Track fleet availability.• Track labor, parts, fuel, and equipment lifecycle costs.• Provide executive dashboards and operational reporting.• Support data–driven fleet replacement planning.• Support Equipment Replacement Fund (ERF) planning and forecasting.• Provide mobile capabilities for technicians and supervisors.• Provide customer communication link / data access for departments.• Provide integration capabilities with existing agency enterprise systems.• Software implementation.• Data migration.• Fleet maintenance management: Provide a comprehensive maintenance management solution.• Preventive Maintenance (PM) management. • Digital inspections: Solution should support customizable electronic inspections• Asset lifecycle management.• Equipment Replacement Planning (ERF)• Inventory management.• Purchasing and procurement.• Fuel management.• Mobile functionality: Provide native mobile capability for technicians and supervisors.• Reporting, dashboards and analytics.• System integrations: Provide APIs or other integration methods capable of interfacing with current and future agency systems.• Notifications and alerts.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 5, 2026.
