(1) Vendor needs to provide disaster relief services to the government authority located in Austin, TX.– Provide disaster relief support during disaster recovery situations for personnel in the event of a disaster.– Relief support services may include base camp(s), food catering on–site or meal delivery, provide sleeping quarters, portable restroom trailers and other necessary service as needed.– Sleeping trailers or sleeping quarters.– Support communications for mobile devices (boosters and/or towers), television, satellite and internet with Wi–Fi (range of 50– 75 yards).– Provide up to three meals with snacks per person per day based on a 24–hour operation.(2) A non–mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 14, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.
