Vendor needs to provide property demolition services to the government authority located in Cannon Falls, MN.– All concrete, wood, brick, metal and other demolition materials must be removed and may not be buried at the site.– Material such as concrete, glass, asphalt and wood waste may be separated for processing at a processing facility or disposed of in a demolition landfill.– All other waste must be disposed at a licensed sanitary landfill.– Event hazardous materials are discovered during the demolition process, all hazardous waste discovered at the site must be placed on an impermeable surface or in containers and covered with a water impermeable tarp or cover for removal by others.– Provide on–site air monitoring during the asbestos removal, depending on removal method.
