Vendor needs to provide executive recruitment and search firm services for the position of administrator to the government authority located in Beulah, MI.1. Stakeholder input and position profile development:– Conduct intake discussions with commissioners, key department leaders, and elected officials to establish ideal candidate qualifications, leadership traits, and strategic priorities.2. Sourcing and targeted recruitment:– Execute a proactive marketing and targeted outreach campaign to attract a diverse pool of highly qualified candidates from local, state, and national networks.– Advertise the opening across prominent professional networks.3. Screening and candidate evaluation:– Review all applications and credentials against approved criteria.– Conduct initial vetting and preliminary interviews on top prospects.– Present a curated slate of recommended semi–finalist candidates to the board.4.
