Vendor needs to provide automated laptop and tablet self–checkout station support service to the government authority located in Toms River, NJ. • Proposal must include the ability to remotely monitor, troubleshoot, and perform repairs on the kiosk• Minor spare parts must be provided to library staff to minimize downtime repairing common wear items. There shall be no additional cost for these items.• All replacement parts shall be included in the cost of the agreement• Additional on–site labor costs (if any) that fall outside the maintenance contract shall be included in the proposal at an hourly rate.• Replacement parts must be shipped by next–day business shipping at no additional cost.
