Description
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Airdrie (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Construction of Southwinds Drive Aisle, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The project includes, but is not limited to, the construction of a new internal access road located north of Southwinds Drive SW. The City expects the work to commence as soon as possible and has a mandatory interim completion date of October 30, 2026, and a mandatory completion date of July 15, 2027 (Construction Completion Certificate).
