BANKING-9151 - USA (Essex, New Jersey) - Automated Teller Machine Installation, Operation and Maintenance Services - Deadline August 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide automated teller machine installation, operation and maintenance services to the government authority located in Essex, NJ.– Each ATM shall be capable of providing cash withdrawals to customers using major debit and ATM network cards, including but not limited to Visa, Mastercard, Cirrus, Plus, NYCE, STAR, and other commonly accepted electronic payment networks.– The vendor may charge a reasonable fee to customers utilizing the machine; however, such fee shall not exceed Three Dollars ($3.00) per transaction.– The County requires that the ATM cash withdrawal limit be set at $100.00 per transaction.– The Contractor shall provide a 24–hour emergency service telephone number. Response time shall be within four (4) hours, seven (7) days a week, including weekends and holidays– Each ATM shall accept major debit and ATM network cards commonly used in the United States– Each ATM shall support EMV chip–enabled cards and contactless transactions where available
