INSU-6275 - USA (Boston, Massachusetts) - All Risk Property, Boiler and Machinery Insurance Services - Deadline August 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide all risk property, boiler and machinery insurance services to the government authority located in Boston, MA.– Coverage must be written on an All Risk replacement cost basis and include, business interruption, loss of rent, and boiler and machinery and equipment breakdown coverage in the same policy.– Broker and agent respondent shall be required to provide the following services:– Claim administration and management.– Risk management, loss control, and claims reporting.– Covered property consists primarily of multiple family dwelling units and town houses owned andoperated by the agency or its closely controlled affiliates.– Also included are non–dwelling buildings, equipment, and other property including but not limited to offices, maintenance facilities, garages, furniture, fixtures, building materials, supplies, and other items incidental to the operation of a public housing authority.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
