The Government of the Republic of Mozambique has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Climate Resilient Roads for the North (CRRN), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Acquisition of Metallic Bridges for Post-Climatic Disaster Response Provinces. 2. The National Roads Administration (ANE, IP) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for supply of 2,040 m of Metallic Bridges, including 23 units of 30m bridges (690m), 10 units of 45m bridges (450 m), 15 units of 60 m bridges (900m), 3 sets of assembling equipment, and 3 sets of launching noses. Delivery: CIP Nacala Final Destination: ANE Construction Site in Namaita (235km from Nacala), in Nampula Province including quantities, location, delivery period, margin of preference if applicable. 3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” September, 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation process set out in the bidding documents. The following weightings shall apply for Rated Criteria (including technical and non-price factors): 40 % and for Bid cost: 60 %; 5.
