(1) Vendor needs to provide shelter operations and staffing services to the government authority located in Westminster, CO.– Provide trained personnel, shelter operations management, security, cleaning services, client support, and emergency shelter activation services to protect vulnerable populations during extreme cold weather conditions.– Operating shelters in a trauma–informed, client–centered manner.– Coordinating shelter operations in accordance with established emergency management practices.– Shelter lead.– Shelter staff.– Cleaning personnel.– Security personnel.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
