(1) Vendor needs to provide citywide camera system deployment and cloud hosting services to the government authority located in Flagler Beach, FL. – To provide a complete citywide camera system, including installation, configuration, and cloud video storage.– The city intends to deploy fifteen 360–degree outdoor security cameras at fifteen designated locations throughout the city.– The solution must include cloud video retention for a minimum of 30 days and hardware suitable for reliable outdoor use.• Camera Hardware & Installation• Connectivity & Infrastructure• Cloud Hosting & Data Retention• Training & Documentation(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.(3) The contract period will be one year.
